pretty excited ... had to have minor arm surgery but im slowly working back been out about 2 weeks .... did order a arm blaster today and looking forward to a new toy!!!!

dont do much cardio i prefer to drink beer and do recreational drugs lol,im joking but nawh i do a lot of supersets and sweat like a pig in the gym, i need to post some more pictuers im more cut now getting ready for summer,you look awsome dude some badass tats too.you dont look like you need to cut to me your looking rippped good job dude.

Cardio has been null for a few months, but I'm starting back into my routine on Monday. Cardio 1 hr 3-4x per week. Treadmill, eliptical, and/or stair climber. I want to start training 2-a-days like I did when I played v-ball. Thx for stoppin by friend.

Well i really don't have a set schedule for cardio. I like to switch it up to make sure i'm targeting different areas. I've been doing HIIT on the treadmill quite often, but i also cycle and hit the eliptical pretty hard too. Been running outside since the weather has been nice.
