i got started when i was like 12 actually . i would randomly use the weights i had in my basement sometimes at night. but i never was serious and actually cared until i was 16. to bad i wasnt serious about it when i was 12 i would have been a monster by now.. haha
Why I Love It:
it makes you feel better about yourself. i like the things people say about me. and just being able to show off
How I Stay Motivated:
remembering how fat i used to be and never wanting to go back to that.

ripped tabs is a steroid i would not recomend it to a girl, plus thats really un attractive for a girl to take steroids lol . If you wanna lose fat, ripped tabs is not your answer it isnt a fat burner. You shouldnt even take a fat burner just lose the fat the natural way its not hard just have a clean diet and do alot of cardio. There are plenty of articles on here on how to lose fat. ill say it one more time ripped tabs isnt your answer lol

Would you recommend Ripped Tabs for females who want to loose fat and cut up in their mid section, which is my trouble area.? If not what wlse would you suggest that really works?
