I saw a picture of me at the beach in Florida. I asked myself, "Self, when in the hell did I turn into my father!" I had to make a decision. As you can see, I chose to change for the better. I think?
Why I Love It:
It gives me a feeling of being healthy at least physically. The same for accomplishing something. I have to set some sort of goals plus it is an extreme boost in confindence.

"Still working on, well I will really start working on the lower abs and the subcut fat sitting there. It just hangs around. I hate cardio, love carbs! Time to suck it up!"
NO I am not "tugging" on it! Extra fat burn/cardio is helping. I think?.?.?
I don't think I ever got down to my goal of 7% BF but 9 was pretty damn good. But it's time I start putting on the CLEAN weight. Since the end of summer is upon us and I did get the "Nice Body" comments at the lake and pool and the not so flaterring "do you use" I have decided to BULK!
I have my whole meal plan figured out and what I hope is an excellent training program to really work on my lagging areas and continually improve my positive features.
My goal is 10 to 15 pounds (LMM) in 15 weeks! Is that realistic? Great news, Brian Dobson (Owner of Metroflex Gym)in Arlington, Texas has open his schedule for 2008 to add 5 one hour training slots each week. Brian is the guy who trained 8 times Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and Pro Branch Warren. Brian is offering a fee of just $50 per hour for his services. Normally for someone his level would be $100 plus per hour. Go to the next level in 2008 and learn from the legend. Check out www.metroflexgym.com about Metroflex and for Brian's contact information.
Hey man -- I checked out your blog on bulking. How's that going? I completely understand the issue with eating clean -- I'm supposed to be consuming about 3800 calories right now. I'm having the hardest time, I'm TIRED of eating! Know what I mean? : )Good luck bro, let me know how it's going.

Great progress man -- you've made a remarkable transformation. If you find the secret to getting rid of that last percentage or two of BF on the lower abs, let me on it!
