Diet is such an important factor...and refined carbs which are so much a part of the modern diet are the main thing to control,
What sort of diet do u follow and what supplements are using? I use glutamine, BCAA, cod liver oil, multi-B vitamin.

It may be safer here as facebook can be a very dodgy place: many people are complaining they they get evicted and their pages closed. That happened to me. I also have a myspace page as well.

I last worked out on sunday: did back abs and arms.This afternoon (tuesday) its shoulders and abs...
You should be nearer your goal of fitness model....Hows that plan coming along?

I had a little bump recently in the form of a head cold! To much timne spent in an overheated Gompa with a crowd of other people in autujmn is a recipe for headcolds....
