When she was a little over a month I started running for 45min a day, four times a week.
She is two months and for the past week or so I have been including dumbell workouts along with my running.
I am looking for a supplement(s) to help increase my energy along with burn fat, build muscle.
I am also looking for new dumbell full body workout routines.
