Hi thanks for your comment and offering to help. Right now I go to the gym 5 days a week mostly weight training. I have been slacking on my cardio due to time. but I know I need it so Im getting a tread mill for home. Any advice is welcome. thanks again
Hi Brian, Thank you for your offer to help me out. I do some of the P90X, and my boyfriend (mike1961) is helping me with my weight loss program, and weight training. I may have some questions for you later on. It is always nice to see when people reach their goals. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the add my friend! I have a trainer, Daniel Rocha..goes under the name SANTAFEDREAM on BodySpace. He does my workouts and diet - I've had tremendous success since being with him.
thanks for the add. you look great! i do a mixture of things...weight lifting, yoga, plyometrics, and lots of cardio. good luck w/ all of your fitness goals.
that is so cool to see that p90x really works! i have always wondered about it. I stick to classic routines of a three day split etc...

Hey Brian! I've actually done P90X 3 times in the past. It's hard on my shoulder, as I have a shoulder injury. But I LOVE it and I LOVE Tony. I'm a huge fan. Good luck to you with your coaching! :)
