I worked for my dad landscaping for many years. I do alot of lifting at work. I used to work out in addition to working outside.

Where do you get your workout programs?
I am doing P90X which is from Beachbody.

I usually do 12-15 rips. I am trying to be toned. My next round I might step up for size and do 8-10 reps.

Hi thanks for your comment and offering to help. Right now I go to the gym 5 days a week mostly weight training. I have been slacking on my cardio due to time. but I know I need it so Im getting a tread mill for home. Any advice is welcome. thanks again

Thanks for the add my friend! I have a trainer, Daniel Rocha..goes under the name SANTAFEDREAM on BodySpace. He does my workouts and diet - I've had tremendous success since being with him.

Hey Brian! I've actually done P90X 3 times in the past. It's hard on my shoulder, as I have a shoulder injury. But I LOVE it and I LOVE Tony. I'm a huge fan. Good luck to you with your coaching! :)
