No I don't give up easy. I did jr's last year with a slap tear in the lat and a torn supraspinatus. lol I wasn't laughing though when I did it. I love the sport

it was a weird injury. The damage was in the attachment by the knee. I know you hear adductor and your thinking groin. lol.. But, I did it doing seated calf raises. Ridiculous huh?
