How I Started:
Heteroman!! I was always the guy that got pushed around. Ended up lifting weights and loved it. Now its my drug I can't live without going to the gym at least 4 times a week. You know how it is. lol I love competing but it takes its toll 0on ya after while. The offseason isn't bad it's that dam precontest diet! Its so bad but I love it.
Why I Love It:
My drug of choice is the pump.. Like Arnold says," Its like haveing sexz with a woman and cumming"! lolllll! Arnold was a freaky in nature. I train myself, I do my own diet regimen and supplementation program. Thats the most rewarding part knowing you did everything on your own.
How I Stay Motivated:
I wake up in the morning and look in the mirror and think.. Is there a way to have the perfect physique. I like to be a total narcissist! Also there seems to be a spiritual connection in the gym. No other place on earth has the feel of a good gym! I love training!

Mr.Wisconsin 07' Jr. Nationals 13th 03 runner up in the Illinois State.

Here's the secret if yo are reading my profile you might learn something..lol..
I do a 4 day split training each muscle group every 72 hours. Or as aclose as i can get to it. So here we go..
Day 1 chest, back biceps and calves.. 4 sets of 1 exercise reps are at 20 per set 1 min ret...
