How I Started:
My roommates and I decided that we wanted to get in better shape and look better.
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel good about yourself. From the moment that you see your first gain you are hooked. It's exciting to see my body changing.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like seeing the changes my body undergoes. I also watch movies like Fight Club, 300, and Casino Royale. After watching one of those movies, you wanna go to the gym right then.
BB Accomplishments:
I've never been able to see my bicep before now so it's pretty exciting.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Get informed! Talk to a trainer, get a trainer, do extensive research on your own however you do it just get informed. You are wasting your time if you do not lift using the right form.
