I got started when my father and mother brought me a bench, plastic cement weights and an Arnold Schwarzenegger novel at the age of thirteen years old. Growing up in New York City you had to be tough. If you had muscle you had respect. And I had some muscles. From there I’ve never look back.I must not forget a friend who over ten years ago lid up the fire for me to go forward in bodybuilding, and his is name Ronny Schweyher.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it is a lifestyle for me and I love to see peoples life change.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by trusting in God, prayer and reading the word of God. In addition, my wife Brenda who I love dearly to whom I have been married to for over twenty years is apart of my training and motivation. In addition, my children allow me their time in the gym. With this much support, I would not be able to make it to the gym. Family is very important and mines made it possible.
Last and not least, the people who I work with give me much support. Thanks to you all.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
One minute between sets. This gives my body time to recuperate from Lactic acid burn. Lactic acid will be reprocessed by the body into a new source of energy; if not, the buildup will eventually prevent further contraction, leading to total muscle failure. One minute between sets. I MUST SAY AS WAYNE'S BABY SISTER THAT I AM VERY PROUD OF HIM, HE HAS ALWAYS TAUGHT ME THAT PERSERVERANCE WILL ALWAYS PAY OFF. HE HAS WORKED VERY HARD FROM DAY ONE, AND NEVER GAVE UP HIS WILL POWER AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE. HIS FAITH IN GOD HAS ALWAYS KEPT HIM GOING PLUS THE UTMOST RESPECT AND LOVE THAT HE SHARED BETWEEN ME AND MY OLDER BROTHER. I WILL ALWAYS BE HIS MOST CHERISHED FAN BECAUSE HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE MOST LOVING AND CARING BROTHER. (KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK WE ALL LOVE YOU)
