How I Started:
When I was younger,I was always made fun of for being fat.Well,After 5 years of being made fun of,I just told myself I can change hew I am if I try my hardest. When I walked into school on the first day after our summer vacation, they were shocked that i lost so much weight and that I gained so much muscle. That day just changed my life forever.
Why I Love It:
It just makes me feel on top of the world when im lifting those weights and seeing all my muscles. It makes me feel so good when I increase the weights, because thats when I know I am getting the body I have always wanted.
How I Stay Motivated:
I will listen to pretty much everything. When I am just hanging out or doing homework i will listen to some rock or pop. When I'm working out I will listen to Hardcore or Rap.It really gets me to keep going with my workout.
BB Accomplishments:
Well when i first started,i lost 100 pounds which brought me down to 120.Then i started bodybuilding, and my muscle grew very large and i gained a lot of weight in muscle.I am now around 170(constantly changing).

Yo dude, glad to hear you're back in the gym..you probably want to hit up some basics and don't go too heavy..make sure you hit bi's and tri's and forearms..you may want to check out my workout journal when you have a chance..I use a lot of known routines..just make sure you lighten the weight and always focus on form!! Very very important. For chest, hit some bench press, or flat db presses, hit that incline DB presses, and work your way around to some chest press machines.

Oh ok man,if your taking whey protein isolate, it absorbs really fast so you can take it before and after training as long as you mix it with water. If your taking casein or caseinate or milk proteins they digest much more slowly so you wouldnt want to take them before or after training, just betwwen meals.

Keep at it man....nothing like working your ass off and seeing gains/progress. I've been slacking for the past couple weeks...DONT SLACK! it sucks when you realize that you're losing all of that hard work...

I like the 6-9 rep ranges best for arms and shoulders. I like Scott curls, barbell curls, concentration curls, weighted dips, tricep press downs,& overhead dumbell extensions for arms, then military press, side laterals, reverse flys, front dumbell raises for shoulders. Only 1X per week

Hey Brett, Veins are due to low body fat and overall genetics. As far as abs go, check out my workout journal when you get a chance..The link is in my signature. Hope this helps a bit, Nick
