I was always the little kid through high school, and didn't grow until I was a junior. After I finally shot up, i was skinny as could be. I was tired of being skinny and weak so after football my senior year, about 5'11" and weighing 125 lbs, I hit the weights. Bodybuilding has now turned into my career.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my body transform, and I love hearing people say they want to look like me. But most of all I do it for personal accomplishment. I live it.
How I Stay Motivated:
At times motivation is hard to find. I just try and stay focused, and as long as i'm making progress, my motivation is pushed to the max.
BB Accomplishments:
Right now all accomplishments are just for personal reasons. Completing goals and hitting new plateus. I am a ways from competing but it is something I will one day do.

Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
I have used NO products for energy, thermogenics, and straight caffeine. If you can get by without using them do so. You dont want your body to get used to their effects.

I read your blog about taste. I don't understand people sometimes. If your going for taste then eat ice cream. If you want to get results do what it takes.
yes, i took it last year with muscle milk. saw some big time results but once winter break hit i took time off and once i started back up never really pushed myself so most of it went to waste.
