How I Started:
I made varsity soccer in high school as a freshman, and was the skinniest kid on the team at 6'0" 125lbs. I played a physical position at center defense, and my coach said if I ever wanted to be among the best in the league that I would have to put on weight, and I've been into improving my body ever since.
Why I Love It:
It's a constant challenge to make oneself better with every day and every workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at pictures of myself from high school when I used to be 125lbs.
We have a show in Arlington, it is August 9th. It is an INBF Natural show and a pro qualifier for the WNBF! www.unitedfitness.org. We would love to have you come and compete!!
