THe knee is starting to feel awesome now. I just finished a four mile run tonight and did 500 jumping jacks afterwards. Being young is good sometimes :) We heal fast.

I think my knee is getting better. I tried out the stair climber and treadmill yesterday and it didn't hurt when i woke up this morning. That's good news!!!!!

No Im not in crutches. Just can't do any running and even walking all day kills. I am in sales too so I am supposed to be out visiting clients all day and it has been tough. I would love to hike Pt. Reyes soon. Don't know if I will be able to by the 22nd though. Is there something going on there that day?

I just injured my knee this weekend on a hike and will be out for about three weeks. THis is totally blowing my training. All I can do it upper body until I heal up. Urgh!!!

Congratulations!!! I have been doing a lot of trail runs lately with the good weather but haven't done a single outdoor ride all month. We are so spoiled living in California :)

Yeah if you want to do a ride sometime we should get in touch. I don't go too far but love to do a nice 10 to 20 miles on the weekends. Lately I have just been doing the spin bikes at the gym because i don't have time to get out on the open road. Im sore today. how have nyou been?

I just started kicking it up a level with my running and biking. For the past few months I have just been trying to get in good enough shape to start training. I think I need to make some adjustments because I am sore everyday. When I get a good system down I will let you know. Hope you had a nice weekend.

Thank you for the tips. I started hitting arms hard this week and can already feel the burn. High intensity is the way to go.
