My whole life I have loved running and working out but always did it as a solo venture. Watching the Iron Man always motivated me and now I have made the decision to start training for it. I need your help.

I work out there because they have the space and equipment to get the job done and it helps me unwind at the end of the day. Oh no, well hope you recover soon. On the 22nd its just a group of friends that I get together and hike with so I thought I'd invite you. Anyways, take care and heal up!
If you can do back and hip stuff, it will help get your legs back in shape once you recover, its amazing how weak your hips can get and how much it affects LB training. Let me know if you need any advice/encouragement/b**ching, I am always available! (sorry two messages bc bb.com limited the comment space!)
OH NO I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR THAT! I was actually going to see if you wanted to do a hike out at Pt Reyes on the 22nd...I hope you recover soon. (I have had three knee surgeries so I understand your agony). How about light swimming or are you in crutches?
hey. Did my first 30 mile ride this weekend. Good but sore, and fell down once trying to get used to my clip in shoes ;) Hopefully my speed will come up, I am fairly slow and take my time. Weathers been good so hopefully you can get out there and ride. Take care :) Happy Monday
