Overall Goal: Well I want a six pack. And not only that I want each little abb to have a six pack! haha But to be real I want to honestly be able to inspire and help others to a healthy life style change as I am doing for myself
Fit Status:
Working Hard so I can try and enter a comp by end of next year!
Well. I was always a heavy kid growing up. Last time I weighed when I was over weight I was about 300 pounds. Keep in mind this was at about 13 years old. I lost the weight and dropped to my low 200's. I have a point where I seen myself gaining weight again and got up to about 240. Was not happy with the way I looked of felt. I had a gym membership for about two years and never used it. Just wasted my money. But I told my one day that I needed to change for myself. So I went into the gym one day. Fell in love with it and been addicted ever since. And over all I feel allot better then I did. Just a great feeling
I found this photo barried in my photo folder. WOW. this was a few weeks before I started working out. I new i was "puggy" but did not know I looked this bad. Shorts are 40 i think. I was in 38 jeans. And they were getting tight. ugghhhhh
Just a quick snap shot at the gym with my phone before I start my dead lifts!

Goal (Long):
I set my goals for 3 months out when I started and I passed most of them. And I feel I did not push as hard as I should have. So new goals for the next 3 months that I can blast through. Hope this round to get leaned out and maybe the start of a 6 pack.
I meet a trainer here in town who I will be training with 3 times a week. He is a IFBB Pro and NPC Judge for the State of Oregon.
I went through a chect and Tri work out with him last night and I was in and out of the gym in 45 mins. It was very nice to have it done quick and get out. I plan...
Thanks alot, I really appreciate the positive feedback! You have made some sick progress yourself! Keep working hard in the gym, eat clean foods and you'll have the 6 pack abs in no time!
Thanks for the comment man. Things are going well, next week I start a new routine and this is my last week to reach my goal, friggin 3 lbs is causing me murder at the moment.
Hey Brett, I agree with MrMontana on the whole foods idea. The term suppliment in it's own definition means you are supplimenting food you would not normally be eating in your meal plan. Find a really good meal plan that will keep you lean and will add the muscle mass you are looking for fiest off. Then if you want to add to that, add in the a stack of some sort. But the eating of whole foods is the key to the mass.
I noticed you asked a couple of supplement questions. While supplements do help, in general I recommend you build up a very solid diet before trying to incorporate such a diverse supplement regime. Part of a good diet often will require protein supplements, so those can be added in now. Aside from vitamins/minerals, creatine and protein, I only rely on food sources to support my fitness endeavors. And that as done me wonders for years in both powerlifting and bodybuilding!
