How I Started:
I started lifting for football in the 9th grade... then got serious about weights in college trying to bulk up to continue playing. Ever since I quit playing, lifting has been a way of life.
Why I Love It:
#1-I feel better physically and emotionally
#2-It's a stress killer
#3- I like to challenge myself
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to keep getting better as I age. (And I want to look good for my wife!)

Time to catch my bodyfat before it runs away from me!
Overall fitness. And get my body fat % back in the single digits.
Goal (Long):
I want to be functionally strong, flexible, agile and explosive and become more athletic and healthy as I age. I'd also like to compete in MMA (I think! haha) All in all, I just want to be pleasing to God. Oh, and I want to clean 315 before the end of 2008.
