Goal (Long):
I've been lifting in spurts since 2001. Over those 6 years I have put on 50 lbs. This is the most dedicated I have been, and want to get myself to the point where I have a strong taper and be able to max out bench at 300 lbs.

Yes, it has both of those side effects, which I love - the jitters keep me moving and the nausea helps me to eat less. I've never used a product that caused me to loose weight so fast!
Hey man, keep at it and the muscle will come in 2008. I recently went back to a gym after working out in my basement for the last year. The atmosphere of a good gym can certainly help push and motivate you. Cheers!
