How I Started:
i have always been in and out of gyms, but started with weights when i had to build up my strength for a fitness test i had to take.. that was in 2006. ive JUST started taking it up a notch, just to see where i can go..
Why I Love It:
i love the high i get from training, from lifting as much as i can till i cant lift anymore, i've met some amazing people in the gym (some not so amazing ;)lol)
How I Stay Motivated:
i love Marcus Ruhl.. dvd's of him motivate me! i have tons of magazines too which are always good, and of course bb.com to research new training techniques etc. i love having a new exercise to add to my workouts.
BB Accomplishments:
none as yet.. although at one stage i just wanted to be able to D/B bench press 20kg.. which i can do!

my goal is to be able to do a set of chin ups unassisted and get my BF% under 20
Goal (Long):
i love bodybuilding, everything about it. i especially love the shock value it carries when its a woman pushing the heaviest dumbells. my goal is to lose BF% and increase my muscle mass. i want to train for another few years and then maybe look at competing, i want to get up on stage with some good hard muscle and blow everyone away. i want to be doing chinups unassisted and be bench pressing my body weight.
