My goal is to actually finish a fitness goal, while losing 40 lbs of body fat and tone muscle!
Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been the "chubby" kid that everyone called "heavy, heavy, two by four". So, instead of using would and could I am going to use "will!" Since, I will! I will workout 5 days a week (cardio and split training), while eliminating processed foods and sugary drinks that have been the bane of my existance. I will be more positive and make "myself" a priority! I will be proud of myself at how strong I have become and not ashamed to be seen in public. I will achieve 127 pounds with 15% bodyfat. With dedication and the end goal in sight I will do this in the next 12 months! :)

I have been training everyday since Monday (Nov 9th) a different muscle group.  I did workout with a friend at gold's (that place is loud!) and did pyramid training in 5 lbs increments for my back.  Darn, my back is sore!  Which is a good thing.  I haven't been very sore for...
