My goal is to actually finish a fitness goal, while losing 40 lbs of body fat and tone muscle!
Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been the "chubby" kid that everyone called "heavy, heavy, two by four". So, instead of using would and could I am going to use "will!" Since, I will!
I will workout 5 days a week (cardio and split training), while eliminating processed foods and sugary drinks that have been the bane of my existance. I will be more positive and make "myself" a priority! I will be proud of myself at how strong I have become and not ashamed to be seen in public. I will achieve 127 pounds with 15% bodyfat. With dedication and the end goal in sight I will do this in the next 12 months! :)
This member was proof that being a single parent doesn't make you worthless. This member's dedication and positive outlook inspires me to not put myself down and go out and "do it!" Thanks!
This member is an inspiration to me, as, she was in 200's and has now remade herself into a "iron" goddess. I hope to use her comments to finally remove the shell of fat I have created around myself due to low self esteem. Thanks!
I have been training everyday since Monday (Nov 9th) a different muscle group. I did workout with a friend at gold's (that place is loud!) and did pyramid training in 5 lbs increments for my back. Darn, my back is sore! Which is a good thing. I haven't been very sore for...
