There was a free gym I could use at college so I started using it. I fell in love with it. Now all I wanna do is GFH!

I love the way after doing some lifting it just makes me wanna punch through brick walls.

By working out, talking about working out, and reading about working out. Using mirrors and seeing other people working out.

Beginning front
This is taken when I decided I needed to get dedicated I was 182.2 lbs with about 18 percent body fat. Lean body weight 149.4 and 32 lbs of fat. Time for a change!
I blew up this is 193 lbs and 27.5% BF according to my electric scale. Time for work.
