dude I know what exactly what you mean about the weight gain. Once you get around 8-10 weeks post contest you will start to realize your trying to make some improvements and you NEED to be at the right bf to do that and the head games will subsides(at least for me). I started my carbs at 200 grams so Im right with you bro!

offseason is going great. At about 7 weeks post contest I got my macros at 50/310/225 so i'm not complaining. Strength is getting better and I'm starting to have that offseason mentality back again. Only about 6 pounds over contest weight right now 2. your looking amazing bro. I wish you the best of luck at the worlds tomorrow... kick some ass!

Thanks man! I like to hit arms 2x a week(like my other body parts also) 1 day with low volume/heavy weight and another day with more volume/repetitions, usually super setting bis and tris together. Try it out!

yo homie-J! You better keep hitting these sessions with me because when I start loosing my mind towards the end of prep you better be there to keep me going lol. Nice progress BTW...I didn't know you changed that much, awesome.

Thanks, As far as leg training..I do a combination of high volume bodybuilding training and also incorporate a little power lifting, training body parts 2x a week. I'm going to start a journal today and I actually just trained legs so come check that out!

Hey, great show this year down in Columbus bro! Was there for prejudging ut left before the night show because of training down here in Cleveland. You ran it very well...hope to c you at the Cardinal.

actually I will not be attending the Cardinal Classic.....I'm doing a show 2 weeks later in Pittsburgh through another organization (OCB Battle For The Swords) but best of luck to you in your preperation and have fun!
