Layne is a stand up guy, doesn't BS people, has a great personality and works his a** off. His dedication towards the sport of natural bodybuilding and his passion towards helping others with there goals are 1 in a million. I hired Layne a few months back to help me with my diet and he has helped me better understand my body and is making my first real prep a GREAT journey and learning experience
Big Greg, I'm glad you started a prep thread for the Pro Debut, it will be fun to watch. Offseaon is alright, the only thing I'm enjoying is not doing as much cardio :) other than that, my carbs are still fairly low and I'm still gaining weight like a mad man.
Kick some ass, talk to ya soon.

Congrats on your win, well earned! Hope you will post some more pix!

CONGRATULATIONS GREG!!! YOU WERE SPECTACULAR at the 2009 INBF Cardinal Classic. The audience went CRAAAZY whenever you walked out on stage; I can still hear the screams, "...NUMBER 33, BREMEC, GREG BREMEC!!!..." WOW, winning MEN'S LIGHTWEIGHT and MEN'S OVERALL and being awarded the WNBF PRO CARD (and 2 trophies) at your very first competition at age 21 is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! - Uncle Guy (as if anyone couldn't see) is sooo proud of YOU!

Don't worry man i will be there till the end, I won't let u give up ur doing great just keep the positive attitude, pretty much don't turn into a Dan mind set lol, thanks dude those are some old pics upt here now i want to get some new ones.
Hey Greg, glad you enjoyed the Buckeye! Next year will be even better and WNBF cards to boot. I will pop into you journal and see how things go for your prep. There are a few contenders gunning for the Cardinal, so that will be a good one. We are having a little girl that same timeframe, so I had to pass on judging. Fall will be baby time for me! Train insane and diet hard.
