Hey, I'm laying off the heavy cardio a little bit and working on putting back some muscle. I still do cardio, but just not as much. Been really busy though lately with my job and school, but I'm pulling late night workouts so I'm still focused on my goals. How's training for you coming along? Nice back pose by the way ;) you've really made some progress.

That's great your eating every 2 1/2 to 3 hours because that helps keep your muscle growing and your body buring fat constantly. I think you have been stuck in the same weight is because you put on some lean muscle. Love the pics by the way.

For me I lost some muscle because I hit the cardio hard to shed off the annoying fat areas. It is possible to lose muscle when on a low carb diet and doing lots of cardio. To maintain muscle, you would hit the machine for about 30-45 mins at 4 mph. I was doing beyond those numbers. There are supplements that help shed fat while maintaining your muscle though. How's your diet going?

Yeah I know what you mean. I loss some muscle doing all that cardio. Now I'm doing cardio less and lifting a little more to put back some muscle I've lost. I hope it goes well. You look great btw, keep up the good work and make sure not to over do it with the cardio.

Well, I reached my goal of losing 10 lbs. but now I'm trying to put back muscle that I've lost during my dieting phase so I have work to do. Get better soon bro and make sure you train like hell in the gym.

So are you ever going to go back to compete? I'm thinking of entering a local tourny in my area. Haven't practiced yet but, we'll see what happenes.

That is funny, my last national was in 2002 were I placed third. I made it to the finals but got injured so I couldn't fight for the silver medal :( I ended up with the bronze. I retired after that tourney. I needed a break from the sport. So you know Ryan?

Hey, looks like you had fun eating all that great seafood. Sounds really good. Yeah, I'm pretty much starting to get my strength back up it feels like, but I have my ups and downs. Some days I feel good and some days I feel like crap. I think upping my carb intake made the difference. I usually cycle on a low carb to shed off the fat.

Hey, I've been hitting the cardio a lot and lost some weight. I lost some strength along the process, but at least I'm getting closer towards my goal. I have more 2 pounds to shed and I hope to do it at least by the end of this month. I'll build my strength back up once I shrink my waist a little more.
