Oh, I cheat a little, not bad though. I do not really have a sweet tooth, I just get hungry every 2 1/2 hours, but am allowed to eat every 3 hours!! You should see how fast I can shell a boiled eggs, dump the yolk and make it dissapear!! MAN I GOTZ SKILLZ!!!

Do you really lose muscle or does it just appear that way? I have gotten so much leaner and swear haven't lost a pound!! I weigh between 117 and 120 no matter what I do! All my measurements remain the same too!!

It's 6 am and I am now (since today) getting up at 530 am to do it! I only do it in 20-30 min time periods perhaps 2x a day. Last time I did cardio daily, I weighed 98 lbs. I am still 3 weeks out, don't want to be a scarecrow!!

Nah, about 1 1/2 weeks ago I had to go in for sinus surgery :(. Haven't loss too much mass even though I haven't been able to eat much solid food, been downing shakes here and there. I start back officially next week. How's ur training been?

Yeah, I'm a Nidan (2nd degree black). It's been a while since I've competed though. I did compete and place at the nationals in 1997-2002. 1997 was a joke though, because I had to go from light to heavy weights since I was still in juniors. I lost both my matches and placed third! lol

ack, no... we went to san francisco so I ate a bunch of seafood and some salt water taffy. AHHH! It was my last vacation of college, though, so I'm telling myself I'm not that bad of a person... lol. I hit the gym pretty hard yesterday, though and it feels good to be home. Looks like you're getting some of your strength back in the overhead press?
