How I Started:
I knew I had gained way too much weight, and sitting on my butt was not helping the matter. I was wicked unhappy with not only myself, but everything in general. So I finally said ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and hit the gym. I have been addicted ever since; 5-6 days a week.
Why I Love It:
Way way lighter and muscle gain, what more could I ask for. It's also my stress relielver. After my daily workout, I feel so replenished!! It is one of the best feelings in the world. I love the way I feel, the way people look at me, I feel like a whole new person. And wantching my body transform is amazing.
How I Stay Motivated:
My attitude, dicipline and knowing how great I am going to feel afterwards and when I wake up in the morning. The compliments and knowing I will never go back to the way I looked before I met the GYM. (hehe) ;]

It makes me happy and I want to share my happiness with everyone. Even if they think I am crazy and obsessive, it doesn't bother me one bit. I enjoy every minute.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
get on the scale, put up my hair & strap on my shoes!!
That is ballsy competing! My hats of to you. You're gonna do great. I'm trying to trim up fast too. Gained some vacation weight and can't say I like it. I'm gonna start really focusing on my diet and cardio along with keeping up my weight workouts to get lean and mean and ready for hockey and indoor soccer. Keep me informed on how it goes Bre and u look fab.
