1 program folowing blocks of christian thibaudeau book
1 program from CEO jay cutler book
1 program from a past personal trainer
1 program from another past personal trainer
1 program from ronnie coleman
1 program from the weiders

general information =
i stick for the moment to an meso-endomorph program =
i try to change numbers of days trained per week ,and also when they are in the week,i include 10 days of rest between the different programs more or less, act on speed of training ,the velocity...
1 take 1 minute of rest

later on i will change my somatotype training to another somatotype one to see what it does

i note everything on paper and on bodyspace blog to track gains
