you want to get larger ,so....
do basic movements :
deadlifts
squats
bench press
do a bit more traps exercise if possible
your nutrition will make your success !!!
if you don't follow a nutrition plan you will gain but slower !!!
train 4 times per week to have a great anti-myostatin effect on your myostatin gene if possible
eat,eat,eat and rest !!!
don't forget to listen to frankie ruiz on youtube !!! or dj splash !!!

what you throw at your age
i eat like anyone ,no prohormones etc...
for my diet plan i begin today i posted you and is on my profile bodyblog ,
i will just take in addition tribulus terrestris and also it is only 1200 per day .
i acheive only by MENTAL PREPARATION !!!
MENTAL IS EVERYTHING !!!!
