my philosophy is :
train the INSANE EHW Extremly Heavy Way (atypical extreme heavy weight way )way or stay at HOME !!!
train HARDER than you thought possible or stay at HOME !!!
i need to push harder than i tought and harder more than past time that is motivating me it is quite an OBSESSION for me to do better nex time
i wanted to be more muscled
i first bought a bar with weights and
began to do biceps exercices at home for 2 or 3 years ( at home )
Why I Love It:
i like the feelings you get from it =
you feel great ,there is no words for this sensation,like you are on drug but it is all these hormonal changes ....
i like the endorphins feeling
to succeed the goals i set and being completely exhausted after a training session ,while feeling so well
it is a difficult sport
so when you reach your goals it so good
to succeed after so hard work
you get more and more discipline
you learn to set goals and acheive them
i like the physiologic aspect of the sport
with bb you can surpass your limits
and discover a new-you
How I Stay Motivated:
I WORK ON MY MENTAL !!!!
MENTAL IS EVERYTHING IN OUR SPORT !!!
i imagine,conceive and after acheive !!!
military press = 1x4x600 kilograms
5x12x350 kgs
squat = 1x3x300 kilograms with good form
until the floor
biceps = 15x49 kgs
deadlift =2x12x160 kgs
neck,upper elbow ,trapezius =
4x12x140 kgs
my motivation is due to the goals i fix myself ,i know i need to reach them ,and continue more and more to progress,i think about progressing this way i know i am obligated to workout
i am very hard with myself and my body
i first fix training plan and tell me i have no excuse not going to the gym center
i act a mechanical way ,like a machine
or i would stay at home sometimes
secondly i fix goal very difficult to reach and tell me each time i must do it ,i can't get out the gym without lifting the weights i planned
third ,only when i m not motivated i tell me the training is short between 30 to 45 min per day no more so the quicker ( but technically ) i will finish it ,the quicker it will be done
fourth,i remind me the feeling of being exhausted ,get a great sleep due to hard training ,and the endorphins action on me and i m motivated to go
BB Accomplishments:
i discovered a new-me person, i am another person now ,a lot more in harmony in a pacefull body
i m more and more humble with time and training
i
reached goals i tought impossible before
i train less time but with more intensity and less volume
don't only train HARD, SURPASS yourself with HEAVIER weights than you did or stay at HOME !!!

create ,plan and follow several NUTRITIONAL plans
the only answer to getting bigger
gain as lean muscle as possible
be bigger as possible
