Well, I'm walking again now, Did my first legday yesterday, Squats and all! Dead lifting tomorrow as well which could be interesting, I still cant put a huge amount of weight on my toes, My right calf is huge compared to the left. Sucks a bit.
That's cool about the rugby training though! I didn't think rugby was that big out there? Are you still able to train now or are you still too injured? How have you found keeping the weight off while you are not training?
