Overall Goal: My short term goal is to train consistantly every week and not to miss a workout that I have scheduled in place. This will hopefully lead to the lean muscle look that I am looking for.

When I Started:
Jan, 2001
How I Started:
I started around 2001 but it was nothing too serious, all i was interested in was building up my Biceps/Triceps. Back then my knowledge of training and diet was very poor. In the last 2 years my training has improved training all body parts but my workouts were not consistant. Now I think I have better knowledge of training and diet and im gonna be more consistant and determined to give it a right shot for 2009.
Why I Love It:
I love working out as it makes me feel good on the outside and inside. It gives me more confidence then I ever had and love seeing the results after the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by visualising the body I want before I go to the gym. This way will keeps me focused and determined to accomplish my goals and also not to skip a workout. This method is only something I have tried doing for a couple of weeks and seems to keep me motivated.
