My dad as a real big help in this part.I think i was about 14 when i really noticed what my dad was doind and what he was doing it for.he works off shore now so he really dont get a chance to work out much.but its a passion i have and love and i want t stick with it and maybe become really great one day.
Why I Love It:
its a rush and now body can tell you how to do it and what you doing wrong.what works for you works for you.
How I Stay Motivated:
i just love it so much i never really get tierd of it. i guess its a natrual pump inside that keeps me going. i guess i was just born with it lol.
BB Accomplishments:

i think it's better to train a muscle group just once a week. Keep this in mind, it is always better to undertrain than to overtrain. One of the most important aspects involved with building muscle is rest, without it, you can't grow. Hope this helps!

Thanks boss. I put on about 20pds. in the off season, but I'm still under 10 percent, I'll start at like 5 right after a show or photo shoot, then put on mass until something comes up, but I won't go over 10 percent. Looking lean, that's a good start!
