How I Started:
Started casual visits to the gym in my first year of university. A friend started getting serious and I decided to join him.
Why I Love It:
The pump, being able to eat a lot, endorphin release with a strong cardio session. Also feel stronger, faster and better in general.

BB Accomplishments:
Don't have any major ones...my most recent accomplishment is to quit being a whiney b*tch that wouldn't do deadlifts/squats...now I love deadlifts and squats.

Weak sauce! 1 year into working out and I still didn't know what I was doing!

Goal (Long):
- Take action to fix my shoulder (I think I have a rotator cuff injury). This has caused an asymmetry between my left and right delts. Deadline - Aug 10
- Cycle off pre workout stimulant supps and only use these on leg day or days where I have no motivation. Deadline - Aug 15
- Eat clean and consume less than 50 grams of chocolate per day (excludes dark chocolate - long live mountain man!). Deadline now.
- Drink more water. Deadline now.
- Develop an ab routine as opposed to my current ad hoc abs arrangement. Deadline now.
- Take steps to improving symmetry in my lats. Deadline now.
- Take progress pics (including all weak points) by Aug 15 and upload them.
Oh, and long live mountain man.
Sackbreaker, I'm not claiming I've got big calves...at all. But they looked like a chick's forearms until I: after a good 16+ rep warmup on standing & seating, I'd giant set between standing, then donkey, then seated. I'd ramp up heavy fast to less than 8 reps, then do drop sets to 12+ reps. After four giant sets, I'd have to crawl to the wall to beat my face against it. Keep breakin sacs, al

Hey bro I just ordered some of that Optimum Whey Protein off ebay... I got it for $120 for 10lbs... is that a good price? Its like $35 less than the crappy brand i was using which had less in it! Oh and have u used NO-xplode before? I'm thinkin about gettin into that?
