First thing upon waking up: VPX SHOTGUN
During Workout: VPX Power Shock
After Workout: VPX SRO Protein, dextrose and glutamine
Breakfast: 5 egg whites and 1 egg with bround beef
Lunch: WW Pasta and a can of tuna
Snack: Handfull of dry roasted nuts
Dinner: Cup of veggies with 2 pieces of chicken breast
Snack: Greek Yogurt, handful of granola, cinamon and chocolate protein
Late Night Snack before bed: Oatmeal with casein protein
