"My goal is to gain much more muscle and I would actually love to compete, although I think I'm too old to start and my current physique won't permit me. I do wanna get more of a shape though."
I started in Rio de Janeiro, and your body is 80% exposed all the time. I have always been attracted to the muscled physique ever since I was a kid. I've been in and out of the gym for some time but now for 2008 I wanna take it more seriously. Accept as many opinions as I can!!!
Why I Love It:
I feel more active while I'm bodybuilding. Watching how you can actually have results to what you are actually putting your time and effort into. Being able to pass a mirror and have pride in the body you have is also something which everybody who is in to bodybuilding loves.
How I Stay Motivated:
Since I started I have kept looking at pics of bodyubuilders younger than me and that gives me the drive.

My goal is to gain much more muscle and I would actually love to compete, although I think I'm too old to start and my current physique won't permit me. I do wanna get more of a shape though.
Goal (Long):
I have a very good potential with my physique and think that if I do start to discipline myself proeperly, i will acheive great things. My ideal biceps would be 22+. I have good vascularity also. I would like to be able to have great control of my chest, ie have them packed. I have always had great abs, but have difficulty in getting the perfect shape which I have set in my mind. My biggest problem are my legs. I have to put great amount of effort more into my whole legs than anything else for my body to be proportional. I don't really have much patience for them, as the resuult tends to take time.
Sorry the last comment I left I was not signed on so here it is again: You have a great lean physique (like I do) to add lean muscle mass to; take advantage of it. Good luck in your goals and do not give up in the gym. The more I lift weights the more I want to lift more weights.

Thanks for the add!You think you are too old to start??I have started at 29 years old ,and now after a "time off" of 4 years I restarted before 7 months at the age of 38!!I surely believe that its not late at all for you!!!I wish you good luck to your goals! Chris
