MONDAY: Chest, Triceps
TUESDAY: Back, Biceps, Shoulders (light), Abs
WEDNESDAY: Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves
THURSDAY: Light cardio only
FRIDAY: Shoulders (heavy), rear delts, Calves, Abs
SATURDAY: Hamstrings, Glutes, Quads (light)
SUNDAY: Active Rest- Plyometrics if body feels good.
CARDIO: 6 days a week, incline walking, step mill, ellipticle, EFX machine, jump rope, anything active outdoors to keep from getting bored. |
