Training is going great! Today (sunday) is my rest day and really needed it- which makes me feel I pushed it my hardest in the gym this week. What do you do for HIT? I normally do a spin bike since running hurts my shins. Well have great rest of weekend!!

Congratulations!! That is so amazing for you. I am planning for a show this coming May-June just having trouble finding an NPC show out around Utah during that time. How is your training?

Yes, its so close and getting super nervous. Things going great though- anytime I feel like not going to gym or not sticking to my diet I simply picture myself in my very revieling suits! Hopefully I can learn alot from this first show and only improve from there. Any tips on what I should/should not be doing for 5 weeks out? Thanks for your support!

Thanks for the imput on cardio. As far as diet I am doing a carb cycle with three days at 80g carbs then one day at 150g carbs and then repeated. Eating 1500 calories per day. Hows this sound?

I have been breaking up my cardio into two 30 min sessions with 15mins of my morning session doing HIT on the treadmill. At night I do 30 mins of whatever sounds the most fun at that moment-switch it up alot. What would you change? Thanks tons!!
