Overall Goal: i need to be a strong 170 to be perfect weight for running and about 4-6 % bodyfat so i can finish the 3-4 hour workouts without dying, or needing food.

How I Started:
my mom was out of control with fitness and exercise and i kinds got roped into it.
Why I Love It:
makes me feel good, keeps me in shape, love the rush of throwing around heavy weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
i run track so oylmpics is always the ultimate goal. last year i was ranked 28th in the U.S. and only .2 kept me from top 5 but i had a bad season this year, so i gotta wait 4 more years.
