Started out as a form of therapy to get over the stresses of college. It then became the vent that I needed after a day in the office.
Why I Love It:
Nothing better than looking yourself in the mirror and knowing that it is only you that you have to answer to for your progress. The challenge (that you alone establish) rests solely on your shoulders. You have to answer to yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that others have observed the positive changes that I've made, and knowing that I am accountable for how I look and feel. I also have a beautiful wife that I would like to stay in shape for.

I would like to add 5 pounds of lean mass by the summer of 2009.
Goal (Long):
Similar to most on this site, I would like to build lean mass and fill out more of my upper chest and shoulders. The challenges in doing so are evident but my goal is achievable nonetheless.
