Well im on my third and final deployment, trying to do some fine tuning before i get out.
Why I Love It:
health reasons, confidence, and of course it doesnt hurt with the opposite sex

My only claim to an accomplishment is that i was featured in Muscle & Fitness in the Readers Photos section. Minor but still pretty cool. But i dont compete, no interest in it.

Workout partners should be there to motivate you and push you in the gym. Never hurts to have friendly competitions to drive you.
