Background

When I Started: Oct 2011
HOW I STARTED:

i have lifted on and off for the last five years. My wife recently had a child and i put on some baby weight myself. I got deployed to afghanistain and every since then i have been hitting the weights hard!

WHY I LOVE IT:

Makes me feel great,I feel more confident and it really help me do my job easier and better in the military.
