Goal (Long):
I WANT TO DROP DOWN IN BODY FAT %,GET CUT & LEAN WHILE GAINING MUSCLE.
Just got done at walker working out..killed the tris today and touched on the chest. working out everyday so switching up the emphasis on each body part. Weighing 187.6 now.
Right now, no direct trap work, but I deadlift twice a week. One day conventional, other day Romanian.
In my beginner days, Dumbbell Shrugs (till I outgrew the weight), Close-Upright Rows (before they were denounced), Barbell Shrugs, Deadlift.
I'd throw in some wide barbell shurgs and incline shrugs every now and then. I usually go heavy, 8 reps or less, with perfect form. Once in a while I would hit higher reps.
I have stayed lean and steadily got constant lean gains. this program I am on does have three seperate supergrowth phases though. During these periods the reps go down, and the time inbetween each set go up. I see solid gains during these 3 to 5 week stretches.
Everything's fantastic, man. Slowly gaining good weight, puttin on decent size... Arms are just over 15, unfortunately. I'd prefer 17s when I step on stage in April. All I know is, I can't wait to be done with finals and head home for break. Good ol' West Michigan and its crazy snow storms..

hey silly! so i usually eat every 2 hours cuz my metabolism is pretty fast! im sure u can too! and just watch ur carbs after like 7pm. keep taking BCAA's and ur protein and just reg water is fine! :) I have more carbs in the morning and protein later after my workout and if i get hungry at night! but u seen to be doing everything right cuz u look really lean in ur last pic! keep it up huni!
