I WANT TO DROP DOWN IN BODY FAT %,GET CUT & LEAN WHILE GAINING MUSCLE.
Just got done at walker working out..killed the tris today and touched on the chest. working out everyday so switching up the emphasis on each body part. Weighing 187.6 now.
You look great! Just need to work on increasing mass on back... and wheels
Try pull ups daily.. and deadlifts. Need see wheels... and can give you some good leg workouts.
I know what you mean about bein' thicker. Thankfully I've kept the abs fairly well. I'm away from the beach in Holland this summer, so the shirt doesn't come off as often. I'm hoping to make it back home a few more times this summer, though. How'd you like those storms week before last? Haha.
I am taking the lean mass stack (p6 R3 NO ) and D$ thermo shock. I am on my 3 week of it and liking the results alot . I got them from stevep78 . what do you sue has it worked for you ?
Hey B what's good? sorry been gone. Make sure you are eating like 7 meals, dnt go past 2 hrs. Try to still keep it clean, with just more protein and carbs. PLenty of eggs,potatoes,oatmeal, stuff like that. One thing that really helped me was using casein b4 I went to bed
how much weight do u usually drop with that plan? cuz i wanna drop 15 pounds. quick too.. and ive tried lots of different things and nothing works for me my metabolism is garbage..
