Goal (Long):
I WANT TO DROP DOWN IN BODY FAT %,GET CUT & LEAN WHILE GAINING MUSCLE.
Just got done at walker working out..killed the tris today and touched on the chest. working out everyday so switching up the emphasis on each body part. Weighing 187.6 now.
hmmmmmm..I would do hanging knee/leg lfts, shooters on a flat bench, hmmm maybe some cable crunches...id do high hgh rep ranges to make them pop out...and learn to breathe out and flex ur abs while smiling at the same time :)
hey u! distilled u can get at any grocery store. its gonna help flush out the carbs and access water, making u look more cut (ab will look awesome). you can have low carb protein but not after 6pm. stick to chicken or egg whites later in the evening. and u can have rice cakes if u get hungry. have one chick breast with brocc and about 1/2 cup of sweet potatoes. u can still lift, just make sure ur taking ur BCAA's. sprints for cardio will be great n dont forget ur crunches :)
hey Bmoney!! wat? i would NEVER forget about u! too funny thou my buddy is standing in front of AnF n im taking him thru workouts this week and making his diet! so to lean up drink a gallon of distilled water a day for the nest weeks...6 meals of chicken and brooc, 2 with sweet pototes. no carbs after six...lots of cardio and hit the abs everyday! :) good luck and let me know how it gos babe! i bet u will look AWESOME...i might stop by n take a pic w/ u ;)
hmm...you want to pack an inch or so onto your arms...how many bodyparts are you training in one day right now? i do a combo of splitting bis and tris and doing chest and tris or chest and bis, and back and tris or back and bis...i will also combine them and train bis and tris together 3-4 exercises for each part of the arm...
I don't know man, your arms look pretty big already! LOL! Kind of weird but I think I gained most of my arm size by doing heavy reverse grip rows and weighted, narrow reverse grip chin ups and then also weighted dips and heavy benching. Funny cause my bi's and tri's get more sore training back and chest then they do when I train my arms. I think because you can move a much larger weight load that way.
heehee i used to manage an HCO and thank goodness not anymore! retail sucks! so what the heck have u been up too? and im literally 'hurt' silly! i was hurt that u havent stopped by and said hello in FOREVER! lol
brandon,
mid to lower back...low rows...seated cables are really good for the mid to lower back, also good mornings are amazing...let me know if you need help explaining them. No I do not carb cycle, I eat carbs with every meal that contains food...in other words I dont take in carbs with my shakes...well not all the time that is...Its up to how your body is going to respond, but for me carb cycling isnt a good option.
sup dude, i WAS af for ten years, now im a civilian working for them...its not bad but i miss the simple things america has to offer...as far as hitting back...u want to work on thickness and width since youre young...alternate wide grip and close grip exercises...and go fairly heavy...you have a great foundation for building an evenmore impressive back...see what works best for you! Just remember STRICT FORM on DEADLIFTS!!!
Sup man...im doing well thanks, missing america like crazy but i only have ten more months over here...i know it seems like a long time, but ive already been over here for 14 so im on the down slope lol How are things with you...back is looking good...traps coming out nicely!
