brandon,
mid to lower back...low rows...seated cables are really good for the mid to lower back, also good mornings are amazing...let me know if you need help explaining them. No I do not carb cycle, I eat carbs with every meal that contains food...in other words I dont take in carbs with my shakes...well not all the time that is...Its up to how your body is going to respond, but for me carb cycling isnt a good option.
sup dude, i WAS af for ten years, now im a civilian working for them...its not bad but i miss the simple things america has to offer...as far as hitting back...u want to work on thickness and width since youre young...alternate wide grip and close grip exercises...and go fairly heavy...you have a great foundation for building an evenmore impressive back...see what works best for you! Just remember STRICT FORM on DEADLIFTS!!!
Sup man...im doing well thanks, missing america like crazy but i only have ten more months over here...i know it seems like a long time, but ive already been over here for 14 so im on the down slope lol How are things with you...back is looking good...traps coming out nicely!
I do mine weighted but mine pop out a lot as you probably know..I use heavy weight. You can do bicycles, lying oblique crunches for high reps per side..
You can use a hyperextention bench and do then sideways to target obliques, you can also do side to side hanging leg raises..
