Workout Program:
This is my current workout routine as I am currently cutting.
Im switching it up every couple of months anyways, trying different things. Like working out bis&tris together or splitting them up with other body parts. Trying to constantly shock the muscles.
Every morning I take Animal Cuts and 2g of BCAA, wait 30min then do cardio for an hour, now that I'm cutting. No matter what time I have work I wake up early to get my cardio done. Whether its on the elliptical, walking on an incline on the treadmill or riding the bike.
On days I do abs, its 30 min on one of those machines and then 30 min punishing them abs.
I do abs 2 days on 2 days off
And of course I take that 2nd pack of Animal Cuts 4-6hrs later as instructed.
And always take my AnimalPak in the morning too.

Monday: Back
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Chest & Bis
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Off
Saturday : Off
Sunday : Shoulders & Tris
