How I Started:
Just started senior year in highschool and then joined the usmc, worked out some on the 3 combat deployments but was hard. kept it up a little bit before the 3rd deployment, through it, and untill now.
Why I Love It:
My only hobby only thing i really like to do. i like getting stronger and getting bigger and looking better. I love the results. Changing your body for the better through hard work and discipline, its a beautiful thing.
This is my current workout routine as I am currently cutting.
Im switching it up every couple of months anyways, trying different things. Like working out bis&tris together or splitting them up with other body parts. Trying to constantly shock the muscles.

Hey Brandon, looking HUGE man! Awesome progress over the last few years. You've got an incredible v-taper from those huge lats and your bis/tris/delts are swole to the max. Keep on training hard man, all that hard work is paying off. I'm just getting back in the gym and just want to drop the fat, add on some muscle, and get some good definition. Get big while you are young bro!

ya i heard hitting the gym or at least doing cardo twice a day really helps..its hard thou..i have classes at night n work during the day..but i will have to fit it in there soon :/ thanx 4 the advice..n you may not be an expert but w.e your doing has really workd 4 u lol ;)

Thanks man. No, I'm lifetime natural. But I'll tell you this: most fitness magazines just want you to be ripped...you don't have to be very big. I look much better in pictures at 175lbs than I did at 185lbs.
i honestly don't think i am for real based on i don't do every party of my body everyday.. i do back on 1 day and like chest on the other.. you get my jist, the only thing i'll prolly agree with you on is abs because i do abs everyday but i need it since football just ended and i'm lookin more solid than ripped so i'm tryin to get back to when i was training..
