I have always been in good shape but i guess when I started fighting is when i really took an interest in working out to get better.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results of my hard work. When im in the gym i love it when my heart gets beating hard, its kinda of a small adrenaline rush.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont need motivation, I like working out. Plus my friends at the gym are a big help, i acctually wake up in the morning wanting to go to the gym. I also need to gain some wieght. I do like bein able to lift more than most other regular guys in the gym that weight more than me though, thats a cool motivating factor that keeps me goin also.
BB Accomplishments:
When i started working out i was 155lbs now im up to 185lbs. I would like to get to 205lbs.

Hi Brandon! Thanks for stopping by my page and as well as for the add. Must say you're looking good! If you like to obtain clean 20lbs, eat clean and just do 1 cardio per week! Protein intake is a must! Best wishes and goodluck on your goals!
