How I Started:
I heavy weight trained back in high school three times a day i was a big powerlifter. When i got out of school and went to college i stoped, gained weight fast and lost strength and muscle basically got sick with myself really quick. I want to get back to that life again i dont care about have the most bench, squat, or dead lift any more i want to lose wieght and get cut as hell. I always said the body that a bodybuilder has is crazy and i would never want that but now its all i can think about. The training and decipline that a body builder has should inspire everybody!!!!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the way i feel after a workout i wish i could keep that feeling all day everyday. In my opinion weight training is almost like a drug once you start you cant wait to get back in the gym everyday. And seeing my body change over time keeps me coming back.
How I Stay Motivated:
I was looking through some pictures that had been taken of me getting out of a hot tub a couple of months ago and it made me sick as hell knowing i let myself get that way.
BB Accomplishments:
Its actually a funny story. I went to workout one night and my access card wouldn't work so the next day i went up to the gym to get a new one, the owner was there while he was changing the cards out he looked at me and said man you have lost alot of wieght and i can tell you have been lifting too. That same day 2 more people said the same thing. Everytime i feel to tired to workout thinking about that is enough motivation to get me in the gym.

Goal (Long):
I use to have a body that i was very proud of, and i want it back and will do whatever it takes to get there. I look up to Jay Cutler and see the disipline he has and hope that one day i can be that way. I dont want to preform in a bodybuilding show but i want the body of a bodybuilder when i walk down the street i want people to say DAMN!!!!
