How I Started:
My father and high school got me started working out/bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
I feel so much better when I'm working out. I love the high working out gives me after a hard workout. It also fun to watch you body change after only a few months.
How I Stay Motivated:
My parents and everyone on bodyspace keep me motivated.
Growing up I wanted to be big and strong like my father and I admired people who have the discipline to change their bodies. And being skinny only made me want to workout more. That's what got me in the gym beside sports. I'm not as skinny as I use to be but no were near where I want to be. So I've gave myself a long term goal I believe I can reach. I want to be at 245 lb and 8% bodyfat, and enter a bodybuilding contest 5 years from now. This is something I need to prove to myself that I have what it takes to do this.
When I started this journey I really thought I would have reached my goal by now. But I've fallen to many times to reach the goal I set for myself. The only good thing that came out of this is my understanding of the amount of will power needed to reach my goal. So, I return back bodyspace...
Brandon, rthanks for the add bro. You'll get there...just keep pushing and stay motiavted. Set your goals and stay dedicated. Not only will you reach them, you'll exceed you own expectation.
I work for an indian tribe and am assigned a county so basically work in the community doing personal training, teach classes, work w/ businesses on employee wellness programs...:)
