How I Started:
I stumbled upon this site looking for bicep curl alternatives. Then I read a few articles which really motivated me and make me realize what I need to do to get results and I've been going since.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel like I can do anything, including the transformation I have in progress! I also love that it can turn my mood around, I can go in to the gym with something I can't get off my mind that's bothering me and in ten minutes my mind is on something much more positive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Still working on perfecting that... Reading about nutrition and training really helps keep me going. If I haven't been reading on BB in a few days I can tell a difference! I also weigh myself every morning and keep track of it in my cell phone so I can always look back and see progress I have made so far and know that I don't want to go back to the start!
