Working out and lifting gives me a high that i cant explain. No only the feeling of the pump but almost like i'm not here like i'm away from everything. no stress no worries no nothing except me and the iron.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep focused on what i want and we all occasionallu fall off but as long as you get right back up and keep going its ok. Remember there is no room for weakness, go heavy or go home.
